The 10th anniversary celebration of Sala Beckett in Poblenou
Ten years doesn't happen every day. And Sala Beckett is celebrating it in the best way it knows how: going out into the street...mixing theater, music, thought, paella, poetry, and neighborhood life. Awaiting the imminent premiere of «The number sixteen of the major arcana at La Beckett until August 2", he Friday 5 2026 June, Pere IV StreetRight in front of the Beckett, it becomes an open stage where Poblenou breathes culture from midday until night.
10 years of Beckett in the heart of Poblenou
Beckett celebrates a decade at its Poblenou headquarters, a space that has become a reference point for contemporary theatre, dramaturgy and the cultural life of the neighborhood.
For this occasion, the room is organizing a great popular festival which sums up its spirit: community, critical thinking, humor, music and new voices from the Catalan scene.

12:00 h – Presentation of the 2026/27 season
Preview of the new season at Sala Beckett, with the main points of the upcoming program.
13:30 p.m. – Musical vermouth with Ultra-Local Records: The Poblenou's go-to record label and shop provides the soundtrack to vermouth time.
14:00 PM – Community Paella: Paella for a local festival, perfect for sharing a meal and conversation. Tickets: €10 – on sale at the box office and on the Sala Beckett website.
15:30 p.m. / 17:00 p.m. / 18:30 p.m. – Open Mic
Reading of short theatrical texts that emerged from the workshop of the Sala Beckett.
An opportunity to hear new dramatic voices.
16:00 PM – La Xapa with Alba Riera
Roundtable “Barcelona: city and culture” with Sergi Egea (L'Afluent), Xavier Fina (Generalitat), Berta Prieto (playwright), Núria Ramis Masachs (GREC Festival) and Eva Sòria (ICUB).
17:30 p.m. – Xocolatada and children's concert: “Un any de cançons” with SONALL
