Magic mirror studio where you control everything
Looking for something different in Barcelona? Something other than a museum, a restaurant, or a beach. Something that's great for the whole family or a group of friends. And that will also give you amazing memories of your trip.
Well, look: the concept that's been taking off in New York, London, Seoul, and other capitals has arrived. It's called YOULO, and it works like this: you come in with your friends, put on your music, grab the remote, and take your photos. Private space, 40 minutes of your own time, zero pressure.

It's like a private photocall, but with professional studio quality. You leave with hundreds of photos on the same day.
Perfect if you're traveling and want more than just selfies and photos requested from strangers.
How it works (seriously, it's super easy)
the magic mirror
You don't see the camera. It's hidden behind a semi-transparent mirror. You only see your reflection, so you move naturally, just like when you look at yourself at home. The kids are amazed and start making faces and playing. The adults relax within two minutes.
The camera is professional, the same one a studio photographer uses. The lighting is set up. You just shoot when you want.
Your private study for 40 minutes
You walk in, plug in your phone, put on your playlist. The space is yours. No one else enters. No one watches. You can try things out, laugh, be silly, change outfits if you want.
They give you a wireless remote. A button. You click it and the camera shoots. You take 10 photos in a row or one every minute. Whatever you want.
You go out with all the photos
No selection. No waiting. Between 200 and 400 photos, all yours, on the same day.
Who is this plan for?
Families with children
The kids have no patience to stay still. Here they play with the mirror, they laugh, they look natural. Since you take so many photos, everyone turns out well in some of them. Parents repeat: "It's hard to get them out of the studio because they want to keep playing."
Groups of Friends
You're in Barcelona on a trip and want a great souvenir. This is better than a street photocall and more fun than a traditional session.
Couples
A private space just for you. You can kiss, hug, and be silly. No strange glances. The photos come out more authentic.
Birthdays or celebrations
In fact, 80% of the people who go to YOULO are celebrating something. It's a unique plan before or after dinner.
If you prefer a photographer, there is also
YOULO is part of Wonderstory, a photography studio in Barcelona since 2019. If you're looking for a more traditional session with a photographer (pregnancy, newborn, family), it's also available. But most tourists enjoy the YOULO format.
Pricing
Starting at €50. There are various formats depending on the length of your session and the number of people you're planning. All digital photos are included. Full prices and options are available on the website.
Where it is and how to book
50 meters from Plaza Catalunya, at Ronda Universitat 33. You can walk there from anywhere in the city center.
Online reservations on the YOULO websiteYou choose the day and time, and pay a €20 deposit (or the full amount if you prefer). If you change plans, you can change the date without any problem.

There is also the option of give it away if you want to give it to someone.
Why this plan works
Because it's active, not passive. You don't just stand there while someone tells you what to do. You control everything. You put on your favorite song, you try things, you laugh at the results, you repeat.
Children don't get nervous because no one is watching them. Couples don't cut each other off. Groups don't lose energy.
And since you take so many photos, there are always a few where everyone looks good. It's pure mathematics.
It's a plan in itself, not just "taking photos." Many people say it was the most fun thing they did in Barcelona.
Final tip
Wear clothes you feel comfortable in. You don't have to dress up. Consider 2-3 group changes (all together, adults only, children only, couples, etc.). And if you're bringing small children, make sure they don't come tired or hungry. That's it.
The mirror does the rest.
