Breakfast The Badabadoc surprises again with an intimate and powerful stage proposal: SUBURBAN, a work that fuses Tango, it is with tarot y , on an emotional and symbolic journey. Created and performed by Gisele Cornejo, accompanied by the musician Claudius Caesar, this piece is presented on the days 19 y 20 August at 20 room, in one of the most unique rooms in Barcelona.

SUBURBAN It's not just a play: it's a theatrical ritual that blends music, poetry, and reflection. Inspired by tarot and the experiences of exile and migration, the play offers a journey through human emotions through songs, texts, and meaningful silences.
The staging is minimalist yet intense, with an intimate atmosphere that allows the audience to connect deeply with the performers. Tango, as a common thread, becomes a vehicle for memory, desire, and resistance.
Gisele Cornejo and Claudio César: soul and sound
The actress and creator Gisele Cornejo has been exploring the intersection between the scenic and the spiritual for years. In SUBURBAN, his work is enhanced with live music Claudius Caesar, which accompanies every moment with sensitivity and precision.
Together they create a space of encounter between the personal and the collective, between the intimate and the political. The work speaks of migration, identity, exile and of the inner journey that we all undertake at some point in our lives.
