“PAN, the great adventure” conquers the Teatre Aquitània with magic, music and emotion
James Matthew Barrie's classic comes alive again on the stage of the Teatre Aquitània thanks to "PAN, the Great Adventure," a Hamlet Produccions production that transforms the tale of Peter Pan into a thrilling, visual, and deeply moving musical. This new adaptation, directed by Roger Cantos, invites us to fly to Neverland, where children don't grow up, fairies shine, and dreams become songs.
🧭 What is it about?
The story begins when Peter Pan flies through Wendy and her siblings' bedroom window, whisking them away from London to a world filled with pirates, lost boys, magic, and adventure. There, they must face the dreaded Captain Hook and her rhythmic crew in a battle between innocence and the desire to grow up.

The show includes eight original songs composed by Pep Sala, with styles ranging from pirate rap to rock and funk, including vibrant ballads.

All of this is performed in Catalan, with live music, choreography by Laia Castillo and an immersive set design by Guillem Martí.
The musical direction is by Adrià Andreu, and the audiovisual design by Areamapping adds a magical layer to the experience.
